‘QtWebEngineProc’ often crashes for me

‘QtWebEngineProc’ often crashes for me.
Before I did that at https://bugs.kde.org

I wanted to ask you what sort of process this is and what
‘QtWebEngineProc’ does in the Kubuntu operating system.
Or can I uninstall it?

its the chromium child qt apps use for embedded web views. discover, some settings pages, auth popups, etc. ur dump is under plasmashell so something in the session called it.

dont uninstall it. those apps just break without it.

b4 bugs.kde.org id try coredumpctl gdb on that dump and get a real bt. the truncated one with n/a frames wont help much. also note which window was open when it trapped.
