Receiving Files from iPhone fails

Hey there,

I am using KDE Connect via GSConnect on Manjaro and on my iPhone.

Whilst I can use most of the things, I cannot share files from my iPhone to my Linux PC:

I am getting a notice “Receiving file from iPhone failed” on my Linux device.

That’s it.
Interestingly it works the other way round: “Sending from PC to iPhone”.

I already:

  • tried without firewall
  • reinstalled the app
  • un-paired and paired again

Any advice how I can improve the situation?
journalctl -f Does not show any errors

Have you tried removing it from the desktop. Then on the iphone going into advance settings an removing the cache an certificate? Then re-pairing
