Remove borders from Breeze

In the past, I’m sure there was an option in window decorations to disable borders in breeze but it seems to be gone. Also, there is this big fat border around windows now. Obviously you can remove it on a per application basis, but that’s annoying.

Is there any way to do this nowadays?
