while theoretically using “pt” to refer to European Portuguese is not wrong, almost all third party apps on all OSs and all DEs even many KDE own apps consider “pt” to be the same as “pt_BR”. So having “pt” in plasma-localerc makes all apps display their content in Brazilian.
