Reordering apps on task manager is difficult when apps are open and small window previews is enabled

After dragging a small bit if a preview window pops up the icon goes back where it started, causing the mouse to grab whatever is underneath instead. (It can be any app’s preview window)

I recorded a demonstration but it doesn’t let me upload or link it.

This is a known bug: 482770 – While dragging pinned app icons, the target icon changes if your drag moves over something that opens a window thumbnail popup
