A change to system prefs or can anyone point me in the direction of macOS Catalina 10.15.7 version ?

I can only find one tutorial on “Screen grab” or “Record Screen” function.

Perhaps use an older version?
The last Kdenlive I installed for a Mac user was 23.08.3.
It has been working without problems so far on her macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina)…
