Rust linting for Kate stopped working

I’m not sure what happened, or how to fix it.

If I “reset all LSP servers,” my text lights up properly for a bit, but then scrolling causes it to go back to an incorrect state. I’m not able to mouseover methods and see them anymore. I also don’t get to see errors.

Is anyone else having issues with Rust linting and Kate? Any advice on how to fix this would be very helpful.

Hi, I am using kate for rust right now, version 25.08.0 and no problem whatsoever

Have you done anything related to Rust in the LSP client user server settings to get it working?

Nope. It just worked out of the box.

I am using Kate 25.08.0 AppImage on Xubuntu 24.04

Wow, thanks. I’m not sure what the issue was, but I removed what I had previously and now it’s working.
