I’ve had a common issue recently, where the Application Menu and Kwin Operation Menu having completely broken scaling, or sometimes outright not appearing at all; (cf. Screenshots)

There doesn’t seem to be a way to perfectly reproduce it 100% of the time, just play around with the menus and eventually it’ll happen.

If anyone has any idea on how to fix them, help would be greatly appreciated!

Update: I managed to have the “invisible” menu bug happen again; this one is a bit weirder, it’ll happen a few times after boot, but when everything is “loaded in”, it’ll stop happening outright.

I use the debian13 the same as you do, it seems that this bug will be fixed in plasma 6.6, you can check this post

I can confirm that, with newer KDE Plasma versions the transparency effects seem to behave correctly.
