I have to produce a funeral video and have just about run out of time. I made a video with scrolling html that looks acceptable much like the screenshot taken from it, but when I get the same clip incorporated into the kdenlive timeline it falls to pieces. If I then do ‘corner’ effects it gets even worse. Panic city.
Addendum, as I just found out the test.mp4 won’t even play on this interface 
Please state your OS and version of Kdenlive at a minimum. The more details you provide the better ppl can help you.
A screenshot of your timeline with a focus on the clip with the issue would help, as well as a more specific description of what you are trying to achieve.
I cannot see of the images or videos you attached or embedded, so a link to a cloud share would be better.

I’ve been preoccupied by a funeral, my son’s. The issue is resolved because while it first appeared on a Crosshair-IV-Formula desktop using a problemantic [AMD/ATI] Juniper XT [Radeon HD 5770] GPU and the latest kdenlive available at that time on Tumbleweed which is always up to date. That desktop box is otherwise just going in for a total rebuild. The problem ceased to exist as soon as I moved the op to my Lenovo T480 where I completed the task without further issues.
Sorry for your loss towbar. Glad you could make the video for the funeral.
