I have Shake Cursor disabled in KDE in the System Settings but Shake Cursor seems to be enabled on the SDDM Login Manager screen. When I log into KDE, moving the mouse works correctly again (no shake cursor as I want). I suppose that’s a known issue with SDDM? It makes sense since KDE isn’t in force yet sitting at the login manager but I’ve never seen this happen before. I’m pretty sure I’ve jiggled the mouse enough to have triggered Shake at SDDM but didn’t see this before today.
This is seen in Fedora 43 KDE with KDE 6.5.5 and SDDM version 0.21.0-10
My user has systemd linger mode set on it, I wonder if that has something to do with it
