Seeking local to me technical help

Seeking local to me power user or for hire local technical support.

I completed a recent dec 27/2024 recommended software upgrade via KDE plasma graphic interface and now i have blackscreen and driveable mouse cursor. Ctrl F4 will not accept my login & pw.

I used Bootable USB KDE to access pc to the web but i can seem to local old files either. Multiple hard drives and partians on pc.

Sure would be nice to have help with other setup and software support.

Can anyone connect me with a local power user or affortable in person pc tech/company.

Near Brantford Ontario Canada.

The whole point of a Discuss forum is that you can get technical support online. However, it does appear that you are having trouble using English language - and your post is very difficult to understand.

This makes no sense to me.

You must first learn to communicate your issues because nobody understands what hardware you have, or even what software (there are many distributions with Plasma desktop and also different versions of Plasma).

As a starter, for 10 points, you can first learn to type in a forum and paste code </>.

System information is generally helpful, and the very minimum information is available by looking in your menu for ‘system info’ and then click to ‘Copy Details’.

You can then click the cog in the edit window and select ‘hide details’

inxi --admin --verbosity=8 --filter --no-host --width

To paste the output, you should first type three ‘tilde’ ( ~~~ ) on a line, hit return, paste your code, hit return, then paste three more tilde.

You can also do this with (Hide Details).

We await your response with baited breath…

So we might assume this thread can be closed, as the OP simply sent me a direct message accusing me of keeping them away from Linux…

Sorry again to have bothered you. I did thing the english sentence of “seeking local to me help” would have informed the reader if we can speak in person your not the help i was asking for.

Congradulations on your efforts to drive people away from linux and back to apple or ms. Keep up the good work.
