Hello, I have never successfully been able to launch Kdenlive. When I enter the command as root on Qtile as a Wayland compositer, I get the Segmentation fault error and do not know how to troubleshoot it. My system should have a sufficient GPU and graphics card for video editing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
do you have systemd-coredump installed?
In that case you can use coredumpctl debug kdenlive and then bt to get more information for debugging.

Make sure kdenlive and its dependencies are up-to-date or at least matching.
kdenlive version must not be more recent than KDE Frameworks.
