Semantic Dark Mode for Okular

Ok, this would be very tricky and probably never going to happen…

Still, I’m leaving this in Brainstorm if someone ever gets interested.
Currently Okular has a built-in dark mode (which is badly hidden, idk why) that can be enabled in the Preferences. However, it would nice to have a dark mode which:

  1. Preserves images as it is
  2. Light text on dark grey background
  3. Colours are calculated, not just inverted, i.e., green stays green, even in dark mode, but a different shade of green to align with the dark background.

This is exactly what I have been working on, but sadly due to my limited knowledge of cpp i am not able to properly implement it. If you have experience in CPP or even just a codinig agent to run, please look into it. i’m broke. source code at: github(dot)com/justbipin/okular
