Set up a new AqBanking user: which TAN-Medium?

Hello,

I have just installed a new fresh distribution on my computer: Debian 12 bookworm.

I have downloaded the last stable KMyMoney AppImage file (Version 5.1.3-eef04f1) kmymoney-5.1-3218-linux-gcc-x86_64.AppImage) and doubled-click on it. The software runs fine.

Now I want to setup an AqBanking user to retrieve my bank current account daily transactions. I went these steps through:

1. menu “configuration” > “configure aqbanking”
2. create user
3. choose “HBCI backend usung AqHBCI”
4. choose “setup a PIN/TAN account”
5. enter bank code = 50010060, result is:
   
   
6. then i enter my onlinebanking username in “user id”:
   
   
   then “next”
7. i don’t change these options because i don’t know what to enter:
   
   
8. after clicking next, this window appears:
   
   
9. I must enter my online banking password for my online banking user:
   
10. I must specify which TAN method i want to use
    
    

Actually there is only one value in the list: 920 - BestSign (Version 6).
I select it.
11. Then i got this error message: HBCI: 9210 - Name des TAN-Medium erforderlich. (S)

12. which TAN-Medium should i enter in step 7?

although i got the above error message,

• i can see the user created:

  However there should be 3 accounts: i still miss the current account

ok; i found the solution after searching in the internet:

• value for TAN-Medium is SO in my case, according to this page: AqBanking6 Bankentabelle - AqBanking - AqBanking-Projektfamilie

Postbank
Bei der Postbank ist ggf. die TAN-Medienkennung anzugeben. Dabei wird der (u.a. im Web-Banking einzusehende) Name des TAN-Geräts (z.B. “SealOne”, “MaxHandy”). Früher war das noch mit einem Präfix zu versehen:

cT: bei Verwendung von chipTan
mT: bei Verwendung von mobileTan
SO: bei Verwendung von BestSign ("Seal One")

Eine vollständige TAN-Medienkennung wäre bei der Postbank dann also z.B. “mT:TAN_MEDIUM_KENNUNG” gewesen.
