Set up chord chains for key bindings?

I use Emacs a lot and I’m astonished by the flexibility of prefix-key based shortcuts. It would be awesome to be able to define chord chains* in KDE Plasma: for example, “Super-W C” closes the current window, while “Super-W M” minimizes it.

sxhkd does offer a similar feature. Would it be possible to achieve a similar feature on KDE Plasma?

+1 for this. I’ve very much enjoyed how the Run or Raise extension for GNOME adds support for chording for application shortcuts. It would be great with Plasma support for this flexibility.
