Setting up outgoing mail for EWS account?

I followed the section “Exchange” in:
https://userbase.kde.org/Kmail/Configuring_Kmail/Accounts/Office_365
To setup my work account (office 365) in kmail. Reading mail works fine. However, the setup does not create an outgoing account. Is there a way to setup an outgoing account using exchange, rather than smtp?

Yes, you simply need to select the right account type when creating the outgoing account. . Works great.

That’s an interesting screenshot. I only see sendmail and SMTP on my computer. What package may I be missing?

This is outgoing mail settings. EWS presents in “Receiving” tab.
