I’ve got several graphical issues since updating my Arch system to Plasma 6:
Notifications appearing in the middle of the screen instead of the bottom-right corner
When moving windows, the “hitboxes” are at a different position than displayed:
Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks and regards

Regarding question one, does navigating to System Settings → Notifications and re-specifying the notification popup location make any difference?
Thanks, but unfortunately that didn’t work

Thanks for the thread. I’m having the same issue with the notifications.
I already tried the different settings for the Popups:
Near notification icon
Choose Custom Position (I have tried them all)
yet they always seem to appear at the same position (basically in the center of the screen)
The notification issue is likely 481736 – On X11, Notifications pop up in the middle of the screen after being away from pc for a while , which seems to only affect people on X11. Wayland users are unaffected.
Apologies for thread necro, but this is the newest thread I can find on this subject.
I am also having this issue on Wayland, running Kubuntu 24.10 on a Framework 16. I’ve tried placing a notification widget in the panel, as well as specifying a location for notifications, and neither workaround worked for me.
