Since setting toolbars icons size was removed, how can I fix the blurry interface after scaling down my display

For now, I’m unable to work on my laptop, because each application has those big toolbars icons, and the option to resize them was removed, and the strange thing is that setting them to small size one by one is not working, some apps revert its icons size to default which appears to be bigger.

KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2
Kernel Version: 6.7.9-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

I tried to scale down my whole display, but each tested value resulted in blurry icons, fonts and everything looks bad. (following 90%)

Any tip or guide how to set scaling correctly on KDE, I really don’t want to replace my loved KDE with MATE or XFCE and configure everything from zero.
