Skrooge seems to be ignoring FITID

I’ve got this transaction in the OFX file I downloaded from my bank:

        <STMTTRN>
          <TRNTYPE>CREDIT
          <DTPOSTED>20240901120000
          <DTUSER>20240831120000
          <TRNAMT>5.23
          <FITID>0072960315
          <NAME>CREDIT INTEREST
        </STMTTRN>

So the FITID is 0072960315. I found the transaction in Skrooge, but cannot find this ID anywhere.

The reason I’m even looking at this at all, is that when I import overlapping OFX files, I get duplicate transactions.

So to make an oversimplified example that makes it clear: Import the same OFX file twice in a row, then go look at the transactions - they are all duplicated.

Am I just missing something?

Nevermind, I found the problem. Seems like my bank is giving me a different FITID every time I download the transaction :cry:
