Smaller tray icons for thin panels?

This is a Plasma panel at height 30:

I think the latter looks better, with tray icons in smaller size.

The panel separator seems to stop increasing margins for tray below height 30. Maybe we can tune the threshold down a bit (e.g. 20)? Or maybe we can make the “icon size: small” option in the tray to be always at least one size smaller than the “fit panel” option?

your choices are limited to either Small or Scale, but below a certain panel size Scale defaults to Small and it will not scale any further.

i think what is needed is either a new value for Small that is considerably smaller so the icons will keep scaling with the panel to greater extent.

or add another fixed size option (my preference) called Tiny to the list of choices.
