Snapping in title editor

I’ve been interested in adding new features to Kdenlive while editing in it and tried out adding a new feature in the title editor to make elements in the title editor be able to snap to edges of other elements.

I’m not sure if this is already built-in but I couldn’t figure out a way for it to snap so I did this.

If anyone’s interested in having this feature, let me know if I should try to make a MR for this.

The Title Editor hasn’t received enough TLC over the years and would greatly benefit from additional features.
