I just don´t get how the designers of Dolphin think. If I want access to a remote ftp server (sftp is not supported here because of FW issues 
)
So I click on Network and see:
Now how do I go from here?
On this view you can click the top right button that says “Add Network Folder”, select ftp and continue from there, which will add the connection to the “Network” view.
Or you just go into the location bar and type ftp://user@domain
Or you click on the “Remote” Headline in the places view and choose “Add Entry” and put ftp://user@domain in there, to get an entry there.
There’s a quite a few ways of going about this.
