Special characters aren't appearing correctly

This is an issue that seems to be affecting Shavian characters in various apps. Pictured above are NeoChat and Discord.

The question was ‘Are you using KDE Linux OS’.

If not, you should specify - not only ‘KDE’, because that leaves way too many questions unanswered and we can’t see your desktop.

Try copying from the terminal kinfo.

So the OS you are using is Fedora. Removing the “KDE Linux” tag since that’s not the OS you’re using.
