Spectacle fails to share image via imgur

I previously used this feature quite frequently to share a link to a screenshot where screenshots cannot be posted.

However, today I met with an error:

qml: Upload failed: These actions are forbidden.

So there is some dissonance, entering Spectacle>share>publicly via imgur and then being denied…

Any clues?

That line isn’t from the library that provides the upload functionality, so it’s probably coming directly from Imgur. If that’s the case, there might be nothing you or anyone else can do. I noticed that Imgur sometimes doesn’t like it when I use a VPN, so try disabling any VPNs you may have first.
