winget install KDE.Konsole
installs konsole, but its installer appears to not create a .lnk file in %CSIDL_COMMON_STARTMENU%.
I know that konsole was released on Windows in order to allow kate and dolphin to embed it, but can anyone confirm whether it’s also supposed to be available standalone? I was under the impression that it was.
