Stuck Icon issue

Hey, not sure if these are bugs or maybe i’m doing something wrong… but would appreciate help.

  1. I tried the shortcut option “add folder view“ when dragging a folder to my desktop. Seemed kinda cool - but then I realised i can not delete it. Now it’s just stuck there a grey panel with a single folder in it. How can i remove it?

  2. I created a shortcuts to my home folder that sits on the desktop. I colour it yellow using the ‘actions’ context menu. The problem is when I reboot it’s sometimes no longer yellow, it reverts to blue - even though when looking at the actions menu it’s still got the yellow colour selected.

For #1, Right-click on it in the header area > Remove Folder View

Not sure about #2, that sounds like a weird bug.

Thanks for the #1 fix that was it, not sure how I missed it.

re #2 yeah i just looked and it’s reverted to blue again. Little bug maybe :slight_smile:
