Subject: Feature Request: Native scrcpy wrapper/integration for Screen Mirroring

Good morning!
I transitioned to Arch Linux a couple of weeks ago. Previously, I used MacOS + iOS, and later Windows + Android. I heavily relied on Microsoft’s “Phone Link”, but KDE Connect simply blows it out of the water. However, I miss one crucial feature: Screen Mirroring.

Currently, I use scrcpy -e via terminal to mirror my Samsung S23 Ultra (using Wireless Debugging). While it’s great, having a native GUI button/wrapper for scrcpy directly inside KDE Connect would be an absolute game-changer. Here is why scrcpy combined with KDE Connect is vastly superior to Windows Phone Link:

  1. Clipboard sharing: Phone Link struggles with this; KDE Connect + scrcpy handles it flawlessly.
  2. Audio routing: The sound routes perfectly through my PC/TV.
  3. Versatility: It works beautifully both wired and wireless.
  4. Latency: Phone Link often suffers from ~1s lag. With scrcpy, the delay is virtually unnoticeable.
  5. Productivity: It provides a true business-class workflow, allowing me to fully operate my phone directly from my desktop environment.

I truly believe that integrating a simple scrcpy trigger into the KDE Connect device menu would be an incredible addition to the ecosystem. Thanks for your amazing work!
