Super+{any key thats not a number} not working on Non-Latin layouts

I want to set the Latvian layout to Super+S, the Russo-Serbian layout to Super+D, and and th Georgian layout to Super+J. But while yes they all work on Latvian, the Latin layout of my keyboard; on Russian and Georgia, they don’t.
Why so?
