The policy indicates “At a given point in time we will support the latest two Qt minor releases, e.g. 6.7 and 6.6,” but what does “support” mean in this context?
QT Group only publishes patches to the public for a minor release until the next minor release series begins. Will KDE publish bug fixes for QT to their Flatpak runtime independently of the upstream project?
I’m curious because QT Group has published 6.8.4, about which they say “Compared to Qt 6.8.3, Qt 6.8.4 contains about 1200 bug fixes, security updates, and other improvements,” but the KDE 6.8 runtime still appears to have 6.8.3 with no additional bug fixes or security updates.
