Hello,
in System Settings > Window Management > Virtual Desktops you can add rows, for example a 2 row virtual desktop layout.
If there is a 2 row layout, the touch gestures for switching desktops become obsolete - you cannot access the desktops below.
I’m pretty sure this is not intentional or wasn’t fully thought of. I’m waiting for a GUI that let’s users change the gestures.
