Syncing Recent Files from GTK to QT

I am interesting in syncing Recent Files from GTK to QT and vice versa.
Is anyone familiar with an app that does this?
GTK Recent Files are here: Gtk.RecentManager
QT Recent Files: don’t know

The backing file for this is ~/.local/share/recently-used.xbel this is specified in Recent File Storage Specification and used in plasma as well.
Plasma main application that ingest this data is plasma’s kactivitymanager.
KIO does use it as well.
