Task switcher gives a Konsole window sufficient focus to type but not to middle-click paste

I think this is a bug, but i think i need help identifying how to file it, and confirming from others when it is an issue and when it is not, where to file, etc. Thanks!

Task Switcher configured to show “Only one window per application”, shortcuts Meta+Tab for All Windows and Current application to Meta+`.

When i Meta+Tab and then Meta+` to get to a Konsole window (which i do about 300 times a day), i can start typing in that window, but if i try to middle-click paste selection into that window (which i do about 100 times a day), it does not work until i type or otherwise further activate the window.

Hi! From reading your description, it sounds like this might be a way that the following bug is showing up: 495741 – Focus not properly given to the destination window after Alt+Tab under Wayland

It might be helpful if you could add a comment to that bug clarifying that it’s happening for you using Meta+`, as it doesn’t look like there are any comments already mentioning the issue occurring with that specific shortcut (which might be helpful in narrowing down causes, potentially).
