Does anyone know how to add a “text callout” annotation inside Okular? Specifically, I am looking for the tool that adds my text comments in a box with a connected arrow attached to the text box that moves with the text box.
I frequently annotate construction plans in PDF format that get shared between many different people. The arrow connecting and moving with the text box is important so that other people can slide my text box annotations around on the pages to fit new annotations without losing my arrow’s reference point on the document.
If this annotation type doesn’t exist in Okular and has already been requested and declined, I would be happy to know that as well.
