I would like thank the discover maintainers who fixed the long standing plasma addons bug (things not showing up in updates).
If possible I would love to donate to the maintainer or that part of the project if possible.

Awesome - I think both Donorbox and PayPal have free-text notes fields, which were used in the 2024 Year-End campaign to support matching donations to the Adopt an App program.
@Paul_Brown might have some more context on if that’s the best way to call out an app in a donation

but @johnandmegh is right: check on GitHub whether specific developers have sponsosrships available. I afraid that, from what I see, Discover developers don’t.
