[Theme] Snow Icon theme --- Released!

Snow icon theme is a semi-transparent icon theme with 1000 of apps icons and 1000s of system icons.
It works best with blurred or transparent windows, like Layan window theme for KDE: https://store.kde.org/p/1325243

Snow icon theme is available for KDE/Gnome/XFCE/budgie DE and Cosmic DE.

While this does look great and will look great with my theme choice icon packs should always be independent not needing other icon packs to work.

You can use it without, but it won’t look as awesome.

I doubt I can repackage the stuff with others work without becoming target of a shitstorm.

I tried that icon set. If you set it to inherit from breeze, not having papirus installed doesn’t seem to give a prob. You still need breeze of course. On a sidenote…there aren’t that many fully packed icon sets.
