Another month has gone by since the last time I wrote about KDE Linux, KDE’s upcoming new operating system. The project hasn’t stood still! Here’s an assortment of what’s gone on recently:
So how will this Discover integration work from an end users perspective? Will it allow the user to install deb / rpm packages into a special container automatically? If so that would be neat but then might make things overly complex?
Maybe that could be an advanced feature that’s off by default but that can be enabled in the Discover settings page.
Also yeah this is a good idea because even currently the servers get bogged down and it takes a very long time to download updates, which makes me think somethings broken.
