A clear sky is “helder” or “onbewolkt” in Dutch. Currently it says “wissen”, which is a verb and it means “to erase”.
Do I really need to sign up to a mailing list (discloses my e-mail) or join an IRC channel (discloses my IP addy) to help with translations?!

Hi! It sounds like you’ve already looked at Get Involved/translation - KDE Community Wiki - for what it’s worth, I imagine that there are services providing alternative email addresses or concealment of your ISP-provided IP address, if needing to hide those is part of your threat model.
If you’re not able to contribute in that way, you can provide information to help the translation teams via reports on the KDE Bugtracking System, filed for the “i18n” product and choosing the appropriate language as the component.
