Use hiec with kdenlive

I’m using the flatpak version of kdenlive 22.12.3 but unable to import heif or heic files.

I see this message when running from the command line and trying to import a heic file.

I downloaded and tested the appimage (kdenlive-22.12.3-x86_64.AppImage) and noticed the same issue.
I’m not sure if this is the reason, but I noticed that the appimage has not got the libqheif.so plugin installed.

Could this be a bug/problem with the appimages and flatpaks?
