User feedback in system settings

I have an Raspberry Pi 5 and I usually install Ubuntu (E.g., 24.10) and then upgrade to KE Plasma
The user feedback for system settings default is disabled.

I would ike to suggest the the user feedback for system settings default to a higher level (E.g., basic system inforamtion and usage staticss. )

So the development team can have a better understanding of the user and how it isbeing used.

KDE’s policy is that any form of telemetry is opt-in so that users know if and what information is shared.

It might be possible though to hint at that capability in a “first start” information screen.

In fact, it’s already there in the Plasma Welcome app

I use a Raspberry Pi 5. I install Ubuntu 24.10 first, then run “sudo apt install kde-full” to install KDE Plasma.

So I am not being prompt for the User Feedback questions.
I only saw those questions when I open the System settings.

Even in such a situation I would expect the first startup of a KDE Plasma session to show the welcome helper.

No. The welcome helper is not being show in theis case. May be the KDE plasma team canmake the change so that after I select the display manager (sddm) it ask one more question about the user feedback.
