Utilizing Ambient Light Sensor for Auto Brightness and Keyboard light?

I am not sure if there is feature on KDE that utilizes the ambient light sensor on laptops that have one at /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device0/in_illuminance_raw

I was thinking, this could be used to auto control brightness and keyboard lights from Power Management and Input Devices > Keyboard settings

Is there a feature like that already? Or an on-going one? I would like to start or support if there is none
