Vectorial rendering?

Hi,
Long story short: how can I configure Okular (windows) to print vectorial PDF and not bitmap PDFs?

TLDR:
My environment is Windows 11.
I used to be able to obtain pages from PDFs just printing them using a softprinter - pages that were same as original ones, i.e., searchable if original PDF was searchable. I think those were vectorial vs bitmaps.
Some time ago I migrated from W10, not sure if my issues started there.
Since some time, my usual PDF viewer will print just bitmaps. I tried with several available PDF printers to no avail. Someone told me that my PDF viewer was muPDF based and that was it. By the way, I have similar problem with Edge, Chrome and Firefox.
I read that Okular was able to print vectorial (being poppler based), but I am unable to get such pdfs printed… Tried to look in help to no avail. Besides I saw that somewhere one could configure with a tick in a box this in the printer dialog, but windows printer dialog is not showing this …
help please!

After opening a bug concerning said topic, the answer is that it is a known current limitation for okular in Windows.
So, only able to print rasterized PDFs
