Video rendering speed capped on kdenlive. ( Software and hardware both encoding)

I just installed fedora 40 KDE and for some reason, my rendering speed (on both hardware and software acceleration) is being capped at 25 fps. (Both native rpm and flatpak). I have
Intel pentium silver n6000 4c4t@3.3ghz
iGPU
8GB RAM
NVNE
FEDORA
.

My encoders are pretty fast generally but I don’t know why are they doing this in kdenlive.

I reduced the bitrates too. But no help.
