Vietnamese Telex in Plasma

Plasma currently offers Vietnamese keyboard layouts like QDERTY and ADERTY, which are rarely used and appear outdated. While VNI is available and efficient, Telex is the dominant input method, especially among general users, due to its ease of use. Given Telex’s widespread adoption, including its inclusion in the Vietnamese curriculum, I propose its native integration into Plasma as a standard Vietnamese keyboard layout. This would significantly improve accessibility for Vietnamese users and align with Linux’s growing appeal beyond professional circles. I respectfully request this feature for a future update.

In Plasma the Vietnamese keyboard layouts are rather peculiar; at least I’ve never heard of QDERTY or ADERTY, nor have seen anyone using them (They are quite old and reminiscent of the colonial age/90s).
