I was using Kubuntu 24.04 wayland with maliit keyboard. I needed to downgrade my system to 22.04 and I cannot install maliit to 22.04, now. Alternatively, I tried to use onboard (discover installation - not apt) but it is not added to virtual keyboard options under input devices on system settings.
I would like to only add any compatible virtual keyboard that will show on System Settings.
