Hello everyone.
I was starting to investigate on a problem I have with my KDE Plasma installation: a crash when closing then re-entering session.
I noticed this: when I keep logging-out from my desktop session, at one point the journal starts to reveal that during their shut down, the essential plasma services crashes (signal received ABRT), causing even more crashes by domino effect, from what it seams…
I know these crashes can happens too on a normal KDE installation via package manager.
Of course I plan to probably file a bug report, but I would have some questions beforehand:
- Does this happen to you when you log-out several times ?
- Maybe it’s actually known and benign, idk what do you think ?
- If this isn’t normal, how can I acquire more infos about these crashes ?
