Weird graphical "shifting" glitches

Hey folks, hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this issue.

I just did a fresh install of Cachyos with Plasma 6.7.2 as the DE, and I’m seeing strange graphical glitches on one of my displays every time I move the mouse, hover over a button, click a menu, etc. I made a Youtube video of what I’m seeing. It’s much more distracting in person than the video makes it appear. It only happens on one of my two monitors, the BNQ78CA, which is plugged into my Intel ARC B570. My secondary monitor, plugged into the integrated GPU in the CPU, does not exhibit this behavior.

This exact computer and monitor setup was able to render just fine when I was running Kubuntu; I’m not sure what they did differently compared to Cachy.

Here are my specs:

OS: CachyOS x86_64
Kernel: Linux 7.1.3-2-cachyos
Display (W1952): 900x1440 in 19", 60 Hz [External]
Display (BNQ78CA): 1920x1080 in 27", 60 Hz [External] *
DE: KDE Plasma 6.7.2
WM: KWin (Wayland)
CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-13500 (12+8) @ 4.80 GHz
GPU 1: Intel Arc B570 @ 2.75 GHz [Discrete]
GPU 2: Intel UHD Graphics 770 @ 1.55 GHz [Integrated]

Anyone have any ideas or guidance on how to troubleshoot this?

I’m not a technician, but this seems to be with your UHD/Arc graphics, or KDE, or maybe your monitor.
