I suppose these apps are coming from Flathub? If this is the case, this is a known bug.

Some of these issues can be Flathub packaging issues, but there is also apparently an issue in Discover too, which will be fixed by flatpak: Make sure we are refreshing the appstream metadata (!541) · Merge requests · Plasma / Discover · GitLab.
Unfortunately it missed Plasma 5.27, but I expect it will be be included in 5.27.6. So once you’ve got that fix, if it happens again, it’s probably a Flathub packaging issue.
