when i move my mouse to the very top right of the screen to close steam or discord(only those two apps) it thinks i want to resize the window because the resize border is ontop of the close button, im on breeze dark.

One thing you can do is make new user and open new session to see if happens still.

Steam and Discord are special programs.

As you saw in my screenshot before, I have Do nothing for Double click in Titlebar Actions. But…

is only for KDE Plasma applications. Steam and Discord have their own policies. If I double click in titlebar of Steam or Discord (remember, I have do nothing) maximizes or minimizes, but in apps of KDE Plasma do nothing (Konsole, Dolphin, Kate, Crow Translate, etc etc).

Maybe is necessary a ticket in the support of Steam and Discord.
