Throughout this new process at KDE, I believe I have failed to clearly state what Ocean is and what it means for the future for Plasma user interface and experience.

I currently know how to do the following things:

@konqi start {name-of-tutorial}

Starts an interactive tutorial just for you, in a personal message. {name-of-tutorial} can be one of: tutorial, advanced tutorial.
