On the 24th of September when I opened my kdenlive project I got a message saying that “frei0r.alphaspot will be removed from project”. I think it was named “Alpha Shapes” inside kdenlive and I can’t find any other effect to replace it. The closest thing I found is “Alphaspot” but it’s not keyframble. I tried without success uninstalling and then reinstalling both kdenlive and frei0r-plugins (I use Linux mint with a Flatpak Kdenlive)
Does anyone know what happened to that effect?
Also if someone could suggest some sort of a workaround I would be much obliged.
